husband is receiving my text on my old phone

I recently started using my Samsung galaxy note 3 again because I dropped my galaxy 7 edge and messed the screen up. Only about half of it works most of the time. My husband decided to use the edge and as soon as he put his sim card into it he was able to get access all of my accounts. I think I have resolved that but not entirely sure. He is now getting all of my text messages though. I have gone all through this phone and I can't figure out how to stop this. Also when I go to contact info on my Google maps app it shows all of my calls, text, and emails in the interactions between him and I. Again I do not know how to stop this. Please help!

Hello @donothave1,

I am sorry to hear of the issues with using the Samsung S7 edge. I would be more than happy to provide more information on this!

Although your SIM card was removed from the device, all of your information is still stored on the phone. You can complete a factory reset which will wipe the phone to factory settings. Please feel free to access our Device Support Tool for more instructions for your specific device.

There are a few things which can text messages to be sent to an old phone. Our first step will be completing some basic diagnostic testing at our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. If you continue to experience issues, we will want to take a look in to your account and make sure the devices are correctly provisioned.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. Have a great day!
